3. What frustrates you the most?
I would say the lack of good customer service. With so much technology at their fingertips, many businesses are spending less and less “face time” with the customer.
This frustration is part of the reason we put our hats on Account Service at Chatter Marketing. I continually emphasize to my staff, as well as my clients, that customer service is still king in the tech-driven world.
Don’t get me wrong, I love technology. E-mails, SMS, social networks – a large part of our activities are articulated here. But sometimes messages can get lost in translation or be misinterpreted in these forms of communication. When it comes to good customer service, there is no better way than to pick up the phone or drop in to have a real and meaningful conversation. I firmly believe it strengthens relationships.
